Returns & Refunds

We hope you fall in love with your purchase from us but if your order isn't suitable we will issue a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your return and will be made by Olive Loves Alfie.

All sale items must be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange. As we are a small independent we are not able to cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
To complete your return or exchange we require your name and original order number. Please include them in any correspondence with any returned items along with your reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange. Please return via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to:-

All goods must be returned to us unworn, unused and undamaged in the original packaging with original labels. 
We can only exchange an item subject to availability. If you wish to make an exchange, please email us at hello@ashlyngibson.co.uk with your required item and  size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Returns received after 30 days are accepted at our discretion, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us first.

Faulty Items
If an item you have received is damaged or defective please inform us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible at hello@ashlyngibson.co.uk. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund.

Gifts
If you have received an item from Bless as a gift you can return it in exchange for another item. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional delivery, taxes and import duties.

Special orders
Products that are ordered from a supplier at the specific request of a customer are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.

Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at hello@ashlyngibson.co.uk. If you order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out in the returns policy.
