BLESS RITUAL
Californian White Sage has wonderful uplifting fragrance. Smudging (sage burning) forms the heart of a ritual that can cleanse your home. It helps to move stagnant and negative energy. Light the sage until it glows, blow it out gently then waft around your space in corners and hidden spaces. It can also be used to cleanse crystals.
Palo Santo can be used to uplift a space after sage smudging or it can be used on it's own. A powerful mediation aid it can be used to take a moment of calm. Simply light and blow out. Hold the Palo Santo and inhale. When you have finished place the stick in the Abalone shell for safe keeping.
SAFETY
Burning anything is a potential fire hazard. These items should not be used by children or left burning unattended. We recommend holding a plate or abalone shell underneath the sage as you move around your space.
